APANO’s “Oregon’s new API Identity” at CCBA last night

FPC was one of the co-sponsors for an APANO event last night at Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association. Thirty-two people attended Angie Chuang‘s lecture and panel discussions in a classroom on the 2nd floor of CCBA. It was a great turnout for a Monday night after 4th of July. Great discussions and ideas on how Asians in Oregon should take advantage of the diversity within our API communities to come up with a common goal/voice and start to “lead” in our society.
Thank you Bette Lee for helping to set up for the event. Thank you Stephen Ying for making tea for us. Thank you Chen’s Good Taste restaurant for providing delicious spring rolls, roast pork fried rice and mixed vegetables chow mien.
